WITHDRAWAL POLICY

You have a legal right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 52 of the Consumer Code. Further information about this is provided below. This withdrawal policy forms an integral part of our General Terms & Conditions (T&Cs).

Withdrawal rights

You have the right to withdraw from the Sales Contract within 14 days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period shall last for 14 days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the courier, took possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal you must inform us (Delago Rudi, Str. Dorives 20A, 39048 Sëlva/Selva di Val Gardena (BZ), South Tyrol, Italy, tel.: +39 333766021, email: info@rudi-delago.com) of your decision to withdraw from the Sales Contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the sample withdrawal template attached for this purpose, but this is not obligatory.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it shall be sufficient for you send us communication of the fact that you are exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from the Sales Contract, we shall be obliged to return all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (excepting any supplementary costs resulting from your choosing a different type of delivery other than the least expensive, standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and within 14 days at the latest from the date on which we received notification of your decision to withdraw from the Sales Contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same method of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the date on which you notified us of your withdrawal from the Sales Contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back to us before the period of 14 days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods to us.

You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is the result of handling by you that was not necessary to check the condition, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
